Always monitored effectively

ith its own telematics system, Krone facilitates the integrated monitoring of shipments: Users can check the online position, status and temperature of their vehicles and goods at any time. Krone Telematics can be adapted to the individual requirements of any company. The data is exchanged reliably and quickly; according to requirements, drivers, dispatchers and fleet managers can access it directly. This makes organising orders easier, but above all, saves costs and time and increases the security and reliability of shipments. Sensitive good can also be protected and monitored.

CARGO MANAGEMENT

Krone Telematics makes the transport process entirely digital. The goods are recorded and monitored securely. Free load space is identified and can be filled with transport orders from freight exchanges.

SMART TRACK AND TRACE

Load carriers such as pallets and lattice boxes are equipped with so-called Bluetooth beacons. Sensors facilitate the digital transparency of loading, unloading and transport processes and complete monitoring along the value creation chain, through to the storage spaces in the warehouse or sales areas.

SMART SCAN

Free load space is recorded via a digital camera and the connected evaluation logic and is displayed on the Telematics Portal.

SMART CAPACITY MANAGEMENT

Krone Telematics is linked to freight exchanges. The exchanges receive the information about transport capacities and provide the dispatchers with load and route suggestions on the Krone Telematics Portal.

VEHICLE MANAGEMENT

Tractor unit and trailer are linked digitally. The status of the vehicle is detected by an app, and Smart Tyre Monitoring allows the pressure and temperature of tyres to be checked.

SMART PAIRING

The tractor unit is also recorded by means of a beacon and linked to the trailer. The visual representation and vehicle management are carried out via the Krone Telematics Portal.

SMART TYRE MONITORING

This system measures the tyre pressure and the temperature of the tyres and presents the data on the Telematics Portal. If the pressure is too low or the temperature too high, the driver or dispatcher is notified by text message and is given corresponding instructions re corrective action.

SMART TRAILER CHECK

During a visual inspection of the trailer, the driver is supported by a digital checklist in this Krone app. The information about the status of the trailer is displayed in the form of a commissioning log in real time on the Telematics Portal.
